At green school™ our mission is to provide innovative, environmentally responsible school products to the global community. We believe that the materials used to make our products must reflect these goals.
In the summer of 2009, we will introduce our new organic cotton canvas totes. Each tote is made from certified 100% organic cotton canvas and is dyed and printed with vegetable-based inks. Organic cotton is earth friendly as it is grown without using pesticides, fertilizers or other harmful chemicals. It benefits the farmers, consumers and the environment.
The green school™ tote is a compact, reusable tote designed to replace the need for plastic bags and envelopes when sending money, order forms and permission slips to school. Use the green school™ tote for pizza day, scholastic book orders, milk orders, field trips, hot lunches, snack days and more. The benefits to the environment are substantial as it helps to eliminate plastic waste in our landfills and preserves our forests by eliminating the use of paper products. 
The green school™ book tote is a larger, reusable, zippered tote. Suggested uses include carrying and protecting school work, the school agenda, library books, home readers and projects. Use it as a replacement for the larger sized plastic bag that is often used to hold school work and the agenda. It is also a useful tool for teachers in the classroom. 
The green school™ pencil tote is an eco-friendly, durable pencil case. The green school™ pencil tote has a name bar on the front for easy identification as well as the message, “Save the planet...for me.”
